Services
CopyMine provides esports-focused writing services, including but not limited to: website copy, social media content, articles, video scripts, marketing materials, and other written materials related to esports. The specific details of each service engagement will be discussed and agreed upon between CopyMine and the Client.
Intellectual Property
CopyMine retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content created unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Disclaimer
CopyMine warrants that the delivered content will be original. However, We do not warrant that the content will achieve any specific business outcome or guarantee specific results. All services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied. We exclude all implied terms, conditions, warranties, and representations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Fees and Payment
Fees for packaged offers can be found in the respective section of the Site. Fees for freelance services are agreed upon by CopyMine and the client. Invoices left unpaid for more than seven days may result in the termination of your use of the service.
Termination
CopyMine may terminate any service immediately and without notice for any reason, including your breach of these Terms.
Amendments
CopyMine reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed by the other party during the course of the service engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of the service engagement.
